We have necessary clearances from appropriate authorities for the layout as well as the buildings being constructed, to name a few they are as under:

a) NOC of BIAAPA

b) NOC from Airport Authority of India

c) NOC-cum-Consent Certificate from the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board

d) Approval of the layout plan by the Chairman and also Member Secretary, International     Airport Area Planning Authority, Bangalore, (BIAAPA)

e) Completion Certificate issued by BIAAPA for having completed the layout work

f) Building Plan duly sanctioned / approved by the Bangalore International Airport Area     Planning Authority (BIAAPA)

g) Commencement letter (Apartments & villas) issued by BIAAPA
